Very friendly, good service, excellent quality food. Good amount of choice. Authentic Hungarian fayre. Just what we needed for an early evening brief visit but I imagine it would be a great atmosphere into the evening. Lots of space

It was very good and very tasty

The staff is so nice, and friendly. But to serve Paprikash in Budapsest , that cost 25€, and made with canned mushrooms, it's nothing less than an insult to the costumers. Seriously. That's a shame, very nice staff, nice location, but can't recommand the food. Sorry.

Everything was great! The food, the service, the atmosphere! We will definitely visit this place again.

The best Hungarian meal in Budapest. Lovely atmosphere with live music on the Dulcimer. The service from Bebet was outstanding! She guided us through the menu with patience and made great recommendations. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

Il servizio meriterebbe 6 o anche 7 stelle! Un esempio: mi cade il coltello, non ho ancora finito di raccoglierlo che la cameriera me ne ha già portato uno pulito. Siamo stati accolti e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. La titolare e le sue collaboratrici parlano italiano. Ci hanno dato il menù in italiano. Ci hanno offerto un appetizer buonissimo all'inizio e uno shottino di palinka a fine pasto. Cibo di buona qualità e prezzo adeguato alla qualità complessiva percepita. Bravissime! Continuate così!

They said the tbone is frozen. Tomahawk is frozen. It was all frozen and not ready to serve. We just ordered ribeye and filet mignon separately. It tasted fine. I was also told none of the wines are available except two hungarian wines. I just took it and it tasted like it was opened for a while and it wasn't good at all :/. Very disappointing. Had a nice view though eating outside Personally will not go back. I'll rather find another place

Сегодня вечером гуляли по ночному Будапешту и зашли с девушкой выпить по коктейлю , к сожалению не чего из основных блюд не брали но меню разнообразное и большое , что зацепило это просто невероятная атмосфера и приятный персонал , коктейли были хорошие и приятные на вкус .

Nice place to try good food!

Születésnapom alkalmából lepett meg férjem ezen a fantasztikus helyen :) A tér és halk, élő zene tökéletesen megágyaztak a kulináris élvezetnek. Az ízek harmonikusan olvadtak össze a szájban . Az a szarvas .. na a valami elképesztő volt . De nekem a pontot az “i” re a csokoládé trió szelet tette fel . Imádtam a ropogós réteget amit egy brutál finom csokis krém fedett el . A kiszolgálás nagyon kedves és nem túl “nyomulós” kedvenc párosításom ;) Köszönjük , ajánlunk titeket ! Hajrá!

The cherry soup was awesome as was desert .. but most of all the waitress was a wealth of information on hungarian foods and where to procure them ..

Tasty, but too high price - Langosz for 22 euros, Lemonade - a glass for 9 euros, burger 18 euros. In my opinion very expensive. Portions rather small.

High quality, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, top notch service, and a comfortable yet trendy vibe. Each member of the staff was personable and attentive and made the dining experience memorable. We had fantastic meals during our stay in Budapest, the one at N28 Wine & Kitchen was my favorite.

First of all: The N28 is very close to 5 stars, but just a tiny bit short in every category. The location is elegant and stylish, but lacks distinctive elements. And I am sorry but: The playlist was horrible. Service was professional and on point. Lacked the warmth of hospitality. That might be on me though, I sometimes don’t get British humour. My Tatare was excellent. Combining it with fermented melon was a perfect fit. The goulash was of excellent quality, but to me it was a bit light on broth. The mangalica tenderloin was a perfect summarisation of the evening: Very close to a great experience, but just not there. Be it in quality of meat, as well as in the composition of flavours. Still: The N28 is definitely a recommendable place!

Туристический аттракцион с домашней кухней по дорогой цене. Если хотите провести время со старичками, как турист из старых фильмов, вам сюда. Только приготовьте деньги. Официанты довольно назойливые. Туалет , как в поликлинике. В Будапеште полно мест лучше , в вкуснее и интереснее.

The food was wonderful and the entire experience was memorable. Adam could not have been more helpful. He took so much time going over the wine list and brochure even though he knew I was not ordering wine at lunch. 5 stars for Adam and the lovely restaurant.

Loved the food. Service was great. Adam went the extra mile helping us with the menu items and gave great suggestions.

Adam our waiter was phenomenal! Knew the wine list well and had some great reccomendations.

Чудова тушкована яловичина із тархонею, доволі швидке обслуговування незважаючи на велику кількість відвідувачів. Нам пощастило вхопити столик на двох без попереднього бронювання. Багатьом хто прийшов пізніше так не пощастило, тому раджу бронювати заздалегідь. В чек одразу додають 12% за обслуговування.

Super domaca hrana , interijer i usluga !

Zufällig haben wir ins Restaurant hineingeschaut und es für gemütlich befunden. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Schöne Stimmung, gutes Essen, freundliche Menschen.

This was our second visit and we were not impressed. It was ok, not bad, but since we have been to Budapest several times already- we know a few better places. The food was ok, the service was mediocre, the interior looks a little dusty and stuffy. We waited long for the waiter to come and take our order, then another 15 minutes to get drinks, and a total 45 min from being seated until getting food served. The goose liver with apple: the apples should be baked and not almost raw. The goulash soup was tasty but not the best we have ever eaten. The chicken leg schnitzel was the best: crispy, juicy. There's not much of an atmosphere here, you wait, you eat and you go.

The food was really amazing!

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, which is very popular! Go early to get a table. The food is traditional Hungarian, and set in a traditional setting, with wooden seating. We only looked inside after we had eaten outside (warm evening), but it looked so beautiful that we're eating inside tomorrow if we're lucky enough to get a table again. The food...oh my days...so tasty! Beef medallions with leczo, absolute perfection! Goulash where the beef just melts in your mouth! Traditional small dumplings, very yummy! Croquettes, so tasty, especially with the hot sauce that is on every table - be careful with that, it IS spicy! Portions are amazing - they feed the hungry. Considering how busy they are for just three staff, the staff are chilled out and extremely helpful. Menu is in different languages, including Hungarian, Russian, German, Spanish and English (just ask) but are happy to make recommendations. Hungarian people were happy to wait in the queue with tourists, which shows how good it is. Perfect experience for real Hungarian food, and as a bonus, it's just a short walk from the 70 bus. This is the real deal, not a tourist trap like everywhere else we rejected during the day. Really amazing food and really amazing value for money.

The goulash was absolutely delicious – perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The atmosphere felt very authentic. On top of that, the service was very friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely worth coming back!!

We were delightfully served by Louis!! His recommendations and knowledge about Hungarian specialities was phenomenal. Thanks to his hospitality, we enjoyed the time spent here, the overall ambience & the super tasty food. We savoured Crispy Chicken, Hungarian meat pancake with paprikash and Sponge cake with rum chocolate cream for dessert. A must visit during your trip to this part of the city.

Een keer geluncht met goulash in brood en vandaag avond eten met kip paprika. Beide keren heerlijk gegeten en geweldige bediening. Gezellige sfeer, een aanrader!!
