The best breakfast and brunch in Tallinn

Une très belle enseigne et à mon sens un incontournable à Tallinn. Le service était impeccable et la nourriture était travaillée. Tout avait sa place dans l'assiette et en bouche. Une explosion de saveurs ! Le tout dans un prix contenu et sans la sensation d'être lourd afin de pouvoir continuer la visite de cette magnifique cité médiévale. Bravo ! Ps : mention spéciale aux cocktails qui sont eux aussi fantastiques

超人気店で、口コミでは予約なしでは無理って書いてあったんですがちょっと時間が遅かったからか10分ほどの待ち時間で入ることができました。この店のことを知る友人に話したらありえないほどのラッキーだったとか。 店内は古い壁をそのまま活かしていて、とっても雰囲気がいい。オレは見忘れたけどトイレは床がガラス張りになっていて採掘された遺跡が見れるようになっていたんだとか。見とけばよかった〜！ なにはともあれまずはワイン。 1本目は奥さんチョイスの白ワインで「Hessenstein」というドイツのリースリング。スッキリした辛口ですいすい呑めてしまう。 料理がくるまでサービスで出してくれたパンを食べたんですが、このパンがなかなか美味い。こっちのパンって酸っぱいかパサパサなものが多かったけどここのはちょっと苦みがある香ばしいパンでバターがめちゃくちゃ合いました。 「3種のチーズパイ（11.4€）」はサクッと繊細なパイ生地の中に濃厚なチーズがたっぷり。ほうれん草のソースやクルミなど盛り付けも美しい。 「ヒラメのソテー（19.9€）」。ふわっと柔らかなヒラメの身はバターの香りが良く、カズノコの入ったサワークリームとチャイブのソースがプチプチと淡白な白身魚によく合います。白ワインがすすむ〜。 ランチなのにワインをもう一本。次はテーブルに付いてくれた若い店員さんオススメの「Villa Girardi」はValpolicella Ripasso（ヴァルポリチェッラ・リパッソ）というちょっと変わった作り方をしている赤ワインで、しっかりとしたボディに華やかで豊かな風味が特徴です。 赤ワインを合わせるなら肉でしょう。というわけで「エルク（ヘラジカ）のロースト煮込み（28.6€）」。リトアニアでビーバーを大反対されたのでここではオレのリクエストを押し通させてもらいました。 本来ヘラジカはクセのある肉らしいのですが、これは5時間以上もローストしてから煮込んでいるということでホロッと崩れるほど柔らかくクセもまったくない。 ビーツで真っ赤に色付けされた丸麦がぷちぷちとした食感でいいアクセントになっています。ブラックカラントとマスタードのソースもスッキリした甘みで肉との相性抜群！ デザートは「パンプディング（8.8€）」。口コミの写真を見て一目惚れして注文したんですが、濃厚な甘みのパンプディングと程よい酸味のルバーブのアイスがベストマッチでこれは当たりでした！ 料理はどれも美味しく、テーブルに付いてくれた店員さんも素晴らしくて最高。 義母さんの誕生祝も兼ねていると話していたら帰り際に日本語でメッセージを書いて渡してくれて感激。お値段もそこそこいいですがそれにもまさる料理とホスピタリティでとってもいい経験ができました。

12.2024: Nice cosy place right in the centre, the food was delicious, we had mushroom risotto and a burger. Prices ok, mains around 15e. Highly recommendable!

This place is so good, I ate there three times - once for lunch and twice for dinner. All three meals were amazing and all three times were on the patio as inside was full. It's best to book a table ahead of time. My favourite dish was the vegetable-lentil lasagna. I wish I'd taken a photo of it. It looked amazing and tasted better than it looked. My waitress was extremely nice and very professional. She was so kind to reserve me a table when I said I was likely to come back for my third time. This is a must place to eat if you're a vegetarian or vegan visiting Tallinn.

Amazing food and friendly service! We tried the lasagna and breaded ”chicken”, both were really tasty. For dessert we had the Dubai chocolate pistachio cream ball, first time I found this trendy dessert as a vegan version, and it didn’t disappoint! 😍

Perfect Lunch place, I had shrimp ramen and it was excellent, ~10€ plus beer ~6€. Friendly staff, good bathrooms! Will go again if I feel like ramen or whatever they are offering

We loved all the food. The vegan ramen was amazing and the coliflower wings too, they serve a really soft and tasty bread apertize, don’t miss it !!! The service was very good also, very kind and caring with customers. We will be back for sure, 100% recommended!!

Великолепно! Совершенно точно уровень Мишлен. Интересная концепция: ресторан/шампанское/рамен. Блюда вкусны, прекрасно сбалансированы и интересны. Очень хороший выбор шампанского. Ненавязчивая, негромкая музыка. Учтивые, вежливые, улыбчивые официанты. Спасибо за волшебный вечер!

I ordered my 30th birthday cake from Ristikheina and it was stunning! They were able to execute all my wishes with three layers and all different flavours. It was delicous and the delivery went smoothly. Thank you! ❤️

I love places, where you can have breakfast all day long - therefore chose this cafe. However when we got there, they had some other interesting and appealing food, so we decided to try Borscht with duck meat, poke bowl with crispy chicken, sweet potato fries and tea in the pot. First surprise was the pot - so huge and so authentic, really loved it. Then borscht came - portion big enough, very good taste and proper color (not pinkish, but true red). Poke bowl again was very balanced and enjoyable! If you crave for some dessert, they have it too and some fresh buns as well (looked amazing on the shelf 🔥). Overall good place for have proper lunch or breakfast at quite affordable prices!

Уютно и тепло! Особенно это место у меня ассоциируется с любимыми мне людьми, с кем всегда можно прийти сюда, выпить кофе или пообедать. Или же в одиночку провести время за завтраком.

Delicious food, a wonderful host, and family friendly.

What a lovely gem in a charming neighborhood. Slava, the owner/chef treated us like family. After two weeks in the Baltics this was the absolute favorite. Try the goat cheese salad and lemon chicken with risotto. Don’t forget the wine. You will be happy you did.

Suurepärane koht, kus tunned end nagu kodus. Toit, interjöör ja eriti omanik, kes on ühtlasi ka peakokk, on suurepärased – tähelepanelik, viisakas ja hea huumorimeelega. Kõik, mida proovisime menüüst, oli 10/10. Kindlasti tahaks siia alati tagasi tulla!

Smoked pork and beef Crossaint (pie) excellent.

I came back for the milk tarts and wasn't disappointed. The owner (who is super friendly) warned me that one tart won't be enough and he was right! Great moka pot coffee and warm service. Couldn't recommend this place enough :)

I loved everything about this place, the food, the service, the vibe. The pies are amazing, the coffee was the best I had in Estonia, and the owner? Hilarious, kind, and genuinely friendly. The whole atmosphere is super cozy, you might even end up chatting with strangers and making new friends! Highly recommend stopping by, it's the kind of spot that stays with you.

Came here the first time because the reviews were very good. The place was empty and we had to enjoy the table outside. I had “britta kook” which in my option was not very fresh and dry.

Toit oli maitsev, atmosfäär oli hubane, aga kahjuks klienditeenindusega rahule ei saanud jääda,. lauad olid pühkimata, vett karafiinides ei olnud ja klienditeenindaja oskas eesikeeles öelda ainult "Mida"

I discovered this place by mistake, but it's the best place to eat in Tallin!! I wasn't expecting this kind of taste from a place so small, but I came here for breakfast and returned for lunchtime! Sorry for the pictures, I took them after tasting(you cannot hold yourself because of the tasty smell) 🤤 my compliments to the chef !!
