Absolutely amazing experience! We tried two different dishes each and were blown away by the rich flavors and authentic Georgian spices. Every bite was perfectly seasoned and incredibly satisfying. The traditional drinks were a wonderful surprise – unique, aromatic, and the perfect complement to the food. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a true taste of Georgia, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Wir waren zum Abendessen im Balans. Die Bedingungen waren super freundlich. Unsere Vorspeise (Tartar) war sehr lecker. Beide Hauptgerichte waren okay, wir hätten uns weniger fertige Zutaten gewünscht, daher gibt’s einen Stern abzug.

Včera sme mali možnosť ochutnať 7chodove menu v Bistronomy (iná možnosť v rámci menu nebola) a musím sa priznať, ze sme obaja zostali sklamaní. V prvom rade sme odchádzali hladní. Chápem konceptu, viem, ze sme nešli na snicle so šalátom, ale keď človek ide na večeru, aj keď degustacnu, tak očakáva, ze sa normálne zasýti. A čo sa týka jedla, tak niektoré kombinácie chuti nám vyložene nechutili a celkovo ani menu nám spoločne veľmi neladilo. Bistronomy sme navštívili niekoľko krát, mame veľmi radi ich kuchyňu, ale radsej sa vráťte ku klasickemu menu resp možnosti vybrať si večer aj mimo degustacenho menu (a väčším porciam;)) (a nabudúce prosím na novy druh vína nám dajte nový pohár, nie nalievať do toho istého)

出張初日、長時間のフライトと大雨でクタクタ。ホテル近くでたまたま見つけたこのお店にふらっと入りました。 予約でいっぱいのようでしたが、「キャンセルが出るかもしれないので、少し待ってみますか？」と優しく声をかけていただき、疲れた体にその一言が沁みました。 鹿肉のグラーシュと鴨のレバーパテ、どちらも絶品。特に最初に対応してくれた女性スタッフの方と、お店の方（たぶん店主さん？）の温かい対応がとても印象に残りました。 味も雰囲気も本当に素敵で、「もしかして有名店？」と思ったほど。次の出張でも、今度は予約してまた行きたいです！

Velmi prijemne prostredie a sympaticka obsluha. Jedlo bolo chutne, len huby ku kralikovi boli presolene a karamelovo-konakova omacka ku jeleniemu steaku mohla byt hustejsia, aby sa dala vymastit s knedlikom. Alebo mohol byt k tomu chlieb... Steak bol makkucky, dobre pripraveny ako ma byt. Medovina bola lahodna aj rum Diplomatico.

Visited Modrá Hviezda on 18-05-2025 for dinner. Great restaurant with focus on local dishes. I had rabbit stew which was very good. The service was excellent, restaurant was clean & interestingly decorated. Thoroughly recommend. Also recommend pre-booking, we were very lucky to get in on a Sunday evening.
